End of Third Quarter Family Time

This school year is going by so fast.  The kids had last Friday off so we left the twins with respite care and took our kids back to Cherry Treesort.  They loved the treehouse and all of the fun things to explore.  You know kids are having fun when they literally just run and yell.  I love it!

The owner and his kids came to stay at the other treehouse.  Our kids enjoyed meeting them.

We visited Tiger World.  Jensen loves tigers right now, so we wanted to do something special for him. They had lots of animals and we had a really great experience.  The peacocks were showing off everywhere and Jovie loves those so that was special for her.

After Tiger World, we headed over to the Transportation Museum to ride the train and see the exhibits.

The kids loved shoveling the pretend coal in this little train.  They would have done that forever.

This play area was a hit too.  We had to pull them away.

Jensen took his quarterly nap so we know we had a good time!

Catching Up

Amber and Casey had Liam on Jovie's birthday.  We were so excited!

Jovie and Jensen love watching videos of toys on the computer.

We've had the Petterson girls over a lot this year and the kids have loved it.

We had a beautiful snow one Sunday morning and it was gone by Sunday at lunch!

On nice days we are outside as much as possible, especially with the twins.

We've also had lots of thunderstorms and one night we had horrible hail and then lost power for the whole night.

Weekends of Fun

We have enjoyed a few weekends of Upward games cheering on Jake and Bethany.

Jovie chose Build-A-Bear for her birthday present and the other two used their own money to participate.

They loved the whole process.

Jovie celebrated again with Meems, Peeps, and Jackie.

Jensen got to go to Avery Morrison's birthday party by himself and he enjoyed it.

Jovie got sick again and had a few days at home with possible strep.

Bethany had a fun Moana birthday party and this amazing balloon came from that.

The next weekend Haven and I had fun running the Get Your Rear In Gear 5k to celebrate Wendy beating Colon Cancer.

Haven made it 2 miles run walking and then walked the last mile. This was her first 5k!

We ended the weekend with our annual trip to Tony's Ice cream for Jovie's birthday.
