More December Fun

The Denver Christmas Parade was wet, but fun. We had to walk a long way because we didn't get there early enough and the parade started very slow and very sparse, but it got better.  It was so fun to see friends and neighbors waving and throwing candy.

Santa on the firetruck at the end of the parade!

The next day our friends from preschool, The Schuerman's invited us to their Gingerbread Party.

The kids made cards, had snacks, and played.

They had their garage ready for every family to make a gingerbread house and family of cookies. They had all of the decorations and candies too.

We sat with our buddies the Gliddens.

The following day, Monday, we had our last Moms and Tots Story hour for the year. Our neighbor Cindy invited us this fall and the little ones have loved it. They have music time, show and tell, a bible story, snack, and a craft every week. We studied the body this fall.

And just for laughs, I love the way a two year old puts on a toboggan.
