Easter Sunday

We went to church Saturday night and Sunday this year. We went to a family service Saturday night and the kids did so well. We made it to church on Sunday morning, Jeremy and I were both serving, so we had to be there early. The kids were so cute.

Haven took these next three pictures.

After church, we headed over to the Andlers for lunch and an egg hunt.

After that we headed to the beach. I love Jovie's cheeks in headphones. We made good time and didn't stop much at all.

Look A Like

Haven got her first big girl doll a few weeks ago when she was going through the crying phase. She earned it for working hard one week and being a really good helper. She has taken her doll everywhere and I think it really helped with her separation anxiety. We even made them matching spring shirts. By the way, Haven's crying phase ended after a really tough 3 months. She is going places happily again and that makes all of us happy.

However, now whenever we go to the store she thinks we have to get new accessories for the doll and now Jovie has one too. They have been good little mamas for their dolls and I feel like I have two, new children to take care of.

Ear Piercing

Bethany was ready to get her ears pierced and Haven wanted to go watch. On the way, Haven asked if she could gets her done if she thought she could be brave. I called Jeremy and he said yes.

Bethany was super brave and didn't shed a tear, so Haven thought she could handle it.

She was being very brave, until....

the first earring went through and her face turned back into a 6 month old.

Luckily, the nice lady was able to finish and Haven only cried about 5 minutes.

Then, she was happy and loved them, especially the bag she got with her cleaner and new earrings inside. These girls look so cute with their bling.

We had lunch at Zoe's.

Then we let the kids run around for a few minutes in the grass and Jensen ran out into the street and scared us all to death, so we left. :)

Jovie really wanted her ears pierced too. She loved walking around Claire's looking at all of the fun stuff. I told her we should wait until she is 5 for her ears, so we will see if she can wait that long.

Thanks for the pictures Wendy!
