The progression of a craft

Haven and I made some turkeys that I found on pinterest the other day. She loved having craft time while Jovie was napping. I loved watching her trying to figure out how to cut and glue things on. It's a little hard crafting with an almost 3 year old because I want her to be creative, but I also wanted the turkey to be recognizable. So here's what we did. On the first turkey i had her pick out the pieces for me and she helped glue everything down.

She was able to tell me where to put the pieces on the second turkey.

The third turkey is her own interpretation. I love it!
