We've been taking care of some drainage issues the last few days in our yard. We woke up today to find this. Was it a worker just leaving his tool overnight, or could it have been a citizen of our township committing a construction related hate crime? Tomorrow if we wake up to a burning ladder, I will know it's time to put the house on the market, and get my family to safety...
